Hi Nate, I actually found the transcripts after I made my comment. Thanks for taking the time to respond and the extra effort to post the link. It's appreciated. (Also, I agree, NO need to duplicate your efforts and post the transcript on Substack.) -Toby
Excellent, extremely informative podcast. Did you see the article on processed foods as well as an accompanying quiz in the NYT today? It definitely did not cover the breadth of topic that your podcast did. But I found it interesting that the NYT and your podcast were addressing the bringing this issue to their subscribers.
Nate, Please consider publishing transcripts of your podcasts on Stubstack. If you want to talk about they Why, message me back; I'm happy to elaborate.
Yeah I’d love to see transcripts too (if it was easy enough for you to do). I struggle to make time to listen to podcasts but skimming through the text would be much less of a time commitment
There are transcripts for EACH episode on the show notes page:
https://www.thegreatsimplification.com/episode/69-robert-lustig
I don't see why/how we should also put them on substack? If theres something Im missing please let me know. Thanks
