With the first wave of my magic wand, I would (magically) remove all plastics and forever chemicals from our oceans, environments and ecosystems. Second wave of my very magic wand would remove the built-up carbon in the global atmosphere, returning it to 300ppm. Third, and final (like a genie), wave of my magic wand would immediately download (matrix style) all TGS episodes into the minds of the world's population, so that everyone would have a broad understanding of how the world and its myriad systems works. A sterility virus would be #1, with those of the species built like Mr Spock of Star Trek being immune. He was concerned with probable outcomes yielding the best for most. He wasn't superstitious, didn't believe in supernaturals, etc. The gene pool would slowly change to more rational societies, with afterlives and such of no concern. Reg Morrison's short course describes the need and dynamics involved.
I often preface remarks with, "If I ruled the world," but, rather than reiterating anything I've said before, my answer to you would be for you to pick up on what I write.
